Venue
The conference will take place at the Science and Technology Campus of the University of Parma (Aule delle Scienze). Click here for a map which shows all key locations within the university (opens in a new window).
Bus Information N. 7 and n 21, each every 15 min, alternated, takes ca. 20 min from centre town to Campus. Take stops along the river side of the bus track. Start early, you will not fit all in one bus!
Conference site: search Aule delle Scienze Parma on Google Maps (see also our live map)
Watch out for the campus entrance, and request a stop after crossing it. It's soon after the big roundabout under the motorway (n 21 goes round more than 2π, with a side exit, stay on the bus!).
Parma is a city of two hundred thousands inhabitants, a University town in the north of Italy, midway between Milan an Bologna. The Campus is located close to the lively town center where delegates will find hotel accommodations.
Day trips to several major Italian turistic and cultural destinations (Firenze, Pisa, Venezia, Verona, Mantova) are possible, either by train or by car.
