These have been allocated a 20min slot in the programme, which includes time for questions. We suggest allowing 5min for questions.

Talks On-Site During the Conference Sessions

We encourage you to transfer your slides to a conference laptop for display on the screen. The laptop has PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader already installed. You can test your slides before each session.

If you are going to use your own laptop for presentation, connection to the screen is available only via HDMI or VGA. Speakers should provide their own adapters for these types of connector.

Student Day Presentations

The programme of Orals for the Student Day (Sunday 28th August) is now available in the conference timetable.

Students are encouraged to also present a poster of their work during the main conference session. Check below in the section 'Posters' to find out which poster session you have been allocated.

Posters

Poster boards are sized 2m (vertical) x 1.2m, to accept at least A0 portrait.

Posters should be displayed on the poster boards according to allocated session (click links below to check for your session):

Please check your Programme Code and use the corresponding board.

Virtual posters (listed here) (and others!) can be uploaded to Padlet for virtual poster sessions (instructions here).

Posters connected with the Facility Updates session on Tuesday afternoon (listed here) can be displayed all week.
